Blank screen on Inspire HR

My fitbit inspire HR is charged, however today my screen stopped working. It still vibrates and still shows a charge and connection on my app but I don't see anything on the screen.

Let me help you with your Inspire HR screen not working. Please restart your tracker by following these instructions. Also try changing the clock face on your device.

thank you   it was fine last night and this morning the tracker wouldn't come on.  medium battery and it vibrated when i pushed the button, but nothing showed.  i followed the directions and thought it didn't work.  but i was too impatient as usual.  after a few seconds or so it came on.  thanks for the help
