I let my Fitbit inspire HR battery go flat. I have recharged it but it will not reboot. I can get the smiley face but nothing else. No green light on the back, no vibration and a blank screen. Can you suggest a cure?
Having the same problem. Plugged it in, restarted, saw the smiley face and it's back to unresponsive. Chat support says its supposed to do that and to charge it 3 hours. It was already 100% so I'm baffled
I have 3 different fitbits I alternate with. I went to wear ultra hr it was dead so I hooked up to charge. Nothing happens! No lights no vibrate nothing. What should I do,?
