Blank screen on my Inspire 2

A week or so ago I noticed that the screen on my Inspire 2 wouldn't let me scroll to other features. So I tried to restart it. That resulted in my screen going completely black. I tried going to the settings, on my Android phone, going to the gallery of clock faces to select one. That didn't work. I tried customer service, they said I need to purchase a new Fitbit and would send me a coupon for 30% off. That never happened.

I ran the battery down. I noticed that even if I couldn't see the screen, the device still tracked my steps and sleep. Finally, when the battery died, I plugged it in to recharge. The clock face came back, but I couldn't scroll for the other features. So I tried restarting again, and I am back to a blank screen.

I tried removing the device from my Fitbit account, unpair from Bluetooth, quit the app, shut down my phone, restart the app, Bluetooth, and add the device to the app.

No change.

This is very discouraging since it's only 6 months outside of warranty. I also have months of Fitbit premium left. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
