Hi you guys,
Lately I've been having issues with bluetooth and syncing with Inspire 2. At first it just wasn't syncing to my fitbit app, so I decided to "forget" the device on my bluetooth. When I tried re-pairing it to bluetooth again, it at first said I had an incorrect pin, and now bluetooth doesn't even pick up my Inspire 2 at all. So it's not pairing at all now. Please let me know how I can fix this. Thank you!

Also worth trying the following, which I haven't seen mentioned yet:
If your Inspire 2 has already been used for a while, the charging pins may be unstable. Therefore when trying to pair, you need to squeeze the Inspire 2 with the charging adapter in order to ensure constant contact.
I also did the following steps (iOS) when switching from one phone to another. Obviously some steps are completely unecessary but I'm not sure what worked so including them all:
- remove fitbit tracker from app/profile
- turn off bluetooth (old phone)
- force quit fitbit app (new phone)
- turn off bluetooth (new phone)
- while charging the fitbit, squeeze the sides for 10s for hard reset until the " 🙂 " screen comes up
- open fitbit app and select pair new device
- disconnect and reconnect the fitbit from the charger so that the battery indicator shows
- squeeze the fitbit with the charger to maintain contact
Hope this helps

I have given up on the Inspire 2 and Fitbit. Pairing on a daily basis is unacceptable and Fitbit offers no solution.

I Give Up! My inspire 2 used to only need to re-pair every couple weeks. Now, it is several times per day. I’ve tried all the suggested fixes….no help. Nothing works.
This fitbit is a piece of C-R-A-P!! I won’t be getting anything else from this company….

Hello sir. My Bluetooth connecting application in my mobile says that an app is needed I order to connect my Inspire to Bluetooth. Why is that first of all? And it doesn't show me what is the app I need. Please help me out. I have my fitbit app and all that which are usually enough to connect to Bluetooth. Of there is an app, please tell me what it is. Thanks.

I too am sick and tired of the difficulties pairing. I NEVER had a problem with my Charge 2, whilst my Inspire has been a constant pain. Interested to read so many similar comments. I’ve wasted hours trying to pair since owning it, and I’ve spoken with Customer Support. Managed to fix it on my own while on the phone, but still so frustrating. Beginning to think I might just dump the wretched thing and try something else.

Did all of that twice, even uninstalled Fitbit and reinstalled it. Still won't connect

They just tell you the same thing over and over again, the same thing used to happen with my old One, which they just stopped supporting. If so many of us are having the same problem, it seems to point to the fitbit, not the users.

After trying so many things eventually got rid of the issue by connecting your Bluetooth device to another iPhone.
