The display for Inspire HR has got blurred with lines and I am unable to read the time and other information
have tried resetting as well but of no use

I'd suggest you try to sync through your app. If there is a difficult, please see: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
Please, try to perform a restart and then change the clock face on the device.
