I bought Fitbit inspire  from Koto replace my lost Fitbit alta,I bought a metallic band from Amazon. After setting up, I tried to remove the existing black band and I am unable to do it. I watched several Youtube videos on how to do it, finally I was able to get one side off, But could not take the second side off. Its absolutely horrible design. I hate it. What can I do to return it? I am not sure if Kohls will take it. Can Fitbit company take it since its horrible design? I am also thinking it could be a bad piece.

I would check with Kohl’s first, @kalakonda. They have a pretty good replacement policy.
