Brand New Fitbit Inspire Will Not Turn on and Pair.

My brother and I just go our dad a Fitbit HR for fathers days. We just took it out of the box and it won't pair with the app and all the screen is showing is ww.fitbit.com and it keeps vibrating and going back to that loading screen. I currently have it on the charger and it is almost fully charged. I hit pair and it stops at found it. I also have done the soft reset and it will still not turn on.

Hi @Beccablu It sounds as if it has not successfully been set up yet. What phone are you using for set up? Is it on the Supported Devices List?

I have tried connecting the Fitbit to different devices that are compatable and it still won't pair. It constantly says connecting on the and the fit bit its self has a loading screen that says www.fitbit.com and is constantly restarting and going back to that sscreen.

I think you will need to return it to the store you boughtnit for an exchange, or if you got it from the Fitbit Online store you will need to contact Support    Contact Support
