I was given a brand new Inspire HR as a gift today, and at first it was working just fine. I got through pairing and getting it set up, the update went through, and then about 5 minutes later, the display stopped working. I have a green light on the back, but nothing on the display. I tried putting it back on the charger for a while, no luck.
I tried un-pairing and re-pairing it, but no numbers show up to finish, and my phone can't seem to connect half the time (I have a galaxy note 10). I also tried cleaning it off and charging it for a while - nothing. Finally, I tried holding the button in for 5 seconds - nothing. I have to hold it for close to a minute, then I get a smiley face for a few seconds, no vibrations, nothing.
From the forums I can see this is a major issue with this device. I've never had a problem with my other fitbit devices in the past. Does anyone have any other suggestions?

I've had my Inspire HR for almost a year and am experiencing the same issue. I charged it a couple of days ago with no issues, but this morning the display is not working. When I push the button I get a vibration, and I have green light on back, but no display. Really hope we get a solution!

I also have had numeous problems with my new Fit Bit. I was very happy with Versa, but it can no longer be purchase. I would like to upgrade, but find constant issues with Inspire HR frustrating. The help team have been most patient, but why should I have to call them weekly to take care of yet another issue with syncing, posting or even showing me the steps?

Yep.one only show the time and hasn't "live" synced with my phone for two. Today, only the time. Won't restart... tried several times. Uninstalled. Reinstalled. Unpairex, paired. Nothing
This thing is three months old and has been nothing but frustration.
