Brand new Fitbit Inspire HR not showing phone notifications.

Hi, I just set up my new device last night and it is perfect except texts and phone calls do not show on the tracker. I have all appropriate settings correctly applied and have restarted the device several times as well as removed and reinstalled it in the app. Please help! I love the tracker and have used Fitbit for 5 years. This is so frustrating. It's a feature I was excited about.

Same thing happening for me.

I set mine up and it was working fine.  Then all of a sudden it wasn't.  Tried everything to get it to work.  What I did to FINALLY get it to sync up again was restart my phone...worth a try.

So I played with it more last night and realized that in my phone settings for text messages I had “show preview” set to “never” so I set it to “ always” and now my tracker shows the notifications! Yay!! Hope this helps you!
