Hello All,
I have had a Inspire HR for about 4 days now. Yesterday, I charged it at 5:30pm, as it has been draining in a bit under 24 hours. I then awoke at 7:30am today (having gone to bed at 9:30pm), to discover I received a battery warning at 5am or so, and that it has now died.
Meaning my sleep data got cut off. Meaning I'm now going to miss my targets from 7:30 - 9 :30 or such today.
I've tried reading the forums / googling for answers, but they say to turn off auto-sync. However, there's no option to turn off auto-sync where it says there should be. (I also am unsure how you can sign out of the app?)
I'm rather disappointed. I was really liking the device, but it's useless to me if it can't manage at least 48 hours so that I can charge it at convenient times when I'm sitting down at my laptop anyway. (I might I have to stop tracking my sleep, and charge it overnight, every night 😞 )
It seems pretty weird that brand new one isn't even lasting a day. Do you think it's faulty?
Thanks!

Mine is having a similar issue. Last week it was averaging 3-4 days between charges which is pretty normal for mine, but then this week it will say 100% charged and then drain dead within an hour

I got mine in February. I always charged it over night. But starting in July I would take it off fully charged and an hour later it would die.

Me too! I've tried everything and it won't hold a charge

My Fitbit will not charge period, it has now been on charge for over 24hours and fit keeps sending me emails that my Fitbit battery is low.

I'm having the exact same issue. I got this Fitbit in April and am incredibly frustrated that it has completely died less than a year after purchasing. I've tried all the fixes possible, but it doesn't turn on at all, and once it's "charged", the battery lasts less than an hour. Seems like this is a larger issue that Fitbit should be addressing.
