I bought an Inspire HR from Target yesterday and it won't power up or show any information. If I hold the button on the side for 30 seconds it shows a smiley face but that's it. The Fitbit app won't even connect to the watch and Bluetooth on my phone can't pair with it. I'm returning this to the store but my question is why do you guys sell such useless and low quality products? You should be ashamed.

Sorry to hear about your unresponsive Inspire HR and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. This isn't an expected behavior although I do get how you feel since you wished to use the device right away. If you have any issues like this then feel free to contact our Support team as they will be able to help you. Hopefully you decide to remain within the Fitbit family. Regardless of your decision I do hope you continue with an active and healthy lifestyle.
