Brand new Inspire HR heart rate not reading

Hello. I have had my inspire HR for about a month and the heart rate was working and the green light flashes still but it doesn’t record a heart rate. I have tried cleaning it and restarting the unit and still it doesn’t work. I have tried it on both wrists and making sure positioning is proper. When I look at the trend, heart rate stopped recording mid day a few days ago and I can’t see why.  Any thoughts?!?

Let me help you with your Inspire HR not reading your heart rate and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Turn the heart rate off, save and sync then turn it on save and sync again. Then try restarting your tracker again.
