I’m new to the Fitbit world. Bought my first inspire HR and have been trying to set it up. Have managed to charge it, install the app on my phone, and the Fitbit was able to connect to my phone but installation failed.
Now the Fitbit won’t respond at all. Have tried the reset option and still nothing, can someone help.

I’m beyond frustrated. I too have a brand new Fitbit Inspire HR that won’t update. After going through a phone call with Fitbit, I’ve been told that it is a problem on their end, and to wait. It could be one day, one week, or longer. This is after sending the first one in because it was doing the same thing and getting this one back that still doesn’t work. The answer about the update appears to be from January. How long am I expected to wait?
