My brand new Inspire HR arrived today, and I was so excited to upgrade from an old Charge HR...but this new watch won't sync with my phone (Blackberry KeyOne, running the latest Android). It recognizes the phone at first and gets easily through setup, but then won't sync after that, even when I pull down to manually start. I keep getting "Bluetooth Issues" error messages about the need to re-start Bluetooth, which I've done, but that didn't help. I've uninstalled and re-installed the device on the app, restarted both device and phone, and still nothing.
Is there anything else to be done?

Hi @SunsetRunner Unfortunately Blackberries are not supported devices, though some of them work OK with the older trackers. The newer trackers (including the Inspire) use a different Operating System which is more demanding on a phone. All you can do is go through all the suggestions in THIS Help Article on syncing issues. I hope you find something that works for you.

Wow, that's so disappointing. If Fitbit knows that their new operating system has bugs with specific Android phones, I wish they would list those phones specifically on the "won't work with" list (which I did check). Or even better, fix the bug. Scrolling back through the boards, I'm not the first person to report this issue. I'll be returning the Inspire and looking for a more reliable tracker.

Hey hey - did you find a fix for this? Wish I'd seen this thread before I literally just purchased my new fitbit.

I never found a way around Fitbit's software bug, and every time I reached out to Fitbit I got the same "oh, we don't support that kind of Android phone" runaround. I ended up returning the device because it was making my pulse rate rise for all the wrong reasons. (And then, to add insult to injury, Fitbit charged me for the shipping.) Hope you have better luck.
