I just received my inspire HR yesterday. The unit seemed to come with a partial charge, just under 50%. I followed the instructions for setup and watched the units battery power decrease while on the charger. I’ve tried multiple UL listed adapters, multiple outlets, my MAC desktop as well as the troubleshooting guide for charging issues. I have had no positive results. Upon browsing the forum, it would seem that many have encountered this issue during various periods of ownership. Can anyone tell me what the quickest and most effective course of action would be?

FitBit has agreed to replacing the unit. I should receive the replacement by Saturday. I’m hoping this one will be trouble free.
