Hi all, I am brand new to the fitbit world; got my very first Inspire HR for my birthday. Really hoping someone can help who isn't going to use loads of technical jargon. I've downloaded the app to my android phone and got so far with it, but when I try to save my device to it I constantly get a massage saying 'no internet' even though my phone IS connected to the Internet. Also, when I try to pair with the Fitbit by Bluetooth it finds it, then loses it. Finally, my screen on the fitbit does nothing, just shows the fitbit logo and the web address for getting set up; it won't swipe to any other logo or icon. Can anyone please help me, otherwise this lovely birthday gift will be returned to the shop. Help!

Is your phone on the supported list?
If not it could be your problem and you will need to set it up on the computer until it is
