Out of the box brand new won’t charge any ideas

@Loribrock89 Thanks for stopping by!

Let me help you with your Inspire HR is not charging. Try charging it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. This could also be a display issue so also try restarting your device and see how it behaves.
