I have just bought a brand new Fitbit Inspire HR and it won't set up.
It is now fully charged. I have tried restarting it multiple times (smiley face and vibration) and still no good. It will not do anything when I touch it. It just shows a diamond graphic and fitbit.com/setup.
I tried talking to customer service and they were quite unprofessional and unhelpful. I now can't get back on the live chat service because it is showing an error page.
Feels like I have wasted a lot of money here.

I'm having the same problem. I downloaded the app on my phone, my tablet, my computer. It won't sync with any of them.

I have a Samsung and it will sync with other similar devices.

@RobbiB there are many different Samsung phones out there. See if yours is on the list of those that are compatible

I have the same problem and posted this issue earlier today. I had called the tel # for customer support and spoken to a person on Friday who tried to help, gave me a case # and told me to call back if my Inspire HR didn't start showing more than a flat line after 45-60 minutes. Well I had to call back today only to find that the tel # I used is no longer tied to Fitbit (how odd!).
