Brand new Inspire HR won't start

I purchased a brand new Inspire HR today and it is fully charged.  I set up the Fitbit account on my computer and on my android phone.  The only thing I can get on the display is the Fitbit logo with the website address for set up.  The account is already set up with some of my personal info and the dashboard on my computer says that the Inspire HR is there.  I tried to hard reset it, but still only get the logo with the website address.  Is there any hope for this device?

Contacted a customer support person via chat this morning.  My new Inspire HR needed the update installed.  I saw that prompt when I first set up the Fitbit, but couldn't get it to activate even though I tried several times.  Maybe my fingers were too cold at that time!  Anyway, got the update installed this morning and Fitbit Inspire HR is now working.  😊
