Bought this fitbit today and it's been charging for hours and still won't turn on. occasionally responds to HARD pinching on the sides, but only shows a smiley face. possible issue with charger? I've ordered a replacement but has anyone else had this problem? it's really frustrating considering how expensive these are! I would hate to have to return it. I was so excited to receive this.

Mine won't charge with the charger I received in the box, so I just ordered a new charger from Amazon.
