got my first ever Fitbit today, put it on charge and the logo came up. Synced it all fine, but since taking off charge nothing shows up. Have reset it about 6-7 times and the smiley face comes up but otherwise nothing else displays.
Any advice?

This has happened to me twice. I preordered the Fitbit Inspire and it worked for 6 weeks then quit working. I contacted customer support with the issues and was told that they were not aware of these issues with anyone else. I received a replacement about 2 weeks later which was a huge inconvenience as I had run my first half marathon with no tracker. Today my replacement Fitbit inspire HR quit working. When I contacted customer service, I requested a full refund and was told that since it had been 45 days since my first purchase that I was not eligible and could only receive another replacement. My issue is that I do not want to continue to receive faulty Fitbits and go weeks without one.
My suggestion is to ask for a full refund if it has been less than 45 days.

Thanks for your reply. Yes I can see lots of people have issues with this. I'm going to return it for a refund
