Brand new inspire hr won’t charge

My brand new Inspire HR won’t charge for more than a second after begging plugged in - what should I do?

Hello @veena2, welcome back to the Community forums. Sorry for the late response. 

 

Thank you for the information provided regarding your Inspire HR device that is not charging. 

 

If this is related to the battery, please make sure that you've followed the steps provided in this article.

 

If the device is charging, but the screen is completely black, make sure that you've also completed the restart procedure described here
