@Sd1291 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well!
Let me help you with your Inspire screen not working correctly. Make sure no water drops are on the display (you can use some cotton and rubbing alcohol to clean the screen area). Also restart your tracker following these instructions.
Let me know how it goes.

I'm having the very same issue with brand new Inspire HR (and by the way, also a Black Friday deal, from Amazon...just arrived yesterday) The swipe feature between screens...sometimes it's super sensitive and sometimes I have to repeatedly swipe to get it to change.
I've restarted 4 times....got the smile, but no vibration. Same issues. Oh, and I don't have any water drops on the display.
Had Charge & Charge2 for years and this just doesn't seem normal FitBit quality software.

There is no water drops on the. screen. I to want to send it back for a replacement. I have tried to reboot per instructions several times. Please advise on how to do an exchange. Thank you

Did yours ever fix itself, because mine has yet to

NO! In fact, this morning, I looked down and the screen was just scrolling all by itself.
Interesting that the FitBit 'Moderator' that originally told us to wipe water drops off the screen (like what did that even have to do with our issues??) hasn't responded any more....especially after getting multiple people with the same issues.

Hey, we've let you know how it went with your suggested fixes of wiping water drops off the screen and restarting & it hasn't worked....but there's been replies of other people having the same issue...and you haven't responded.

Yeah I know I keep waiting for more assistance thinking maybe it can be fixed but if I don’t hear anything soon I’m going to see if Walmart will refund me and exchange it or something but I don’t want to run the risk of it having the same problem

I requested a new one from Amazon on Sunday night and received the replacement on Tuesday. I need to send the defective one back this weekend. Amazon's customer service is awesome.

Yes! I've been so busy haven't had a chance to deal with it, but since FitBit doesn't seem to care & won't recognize an issue...telling us to wipe water drops off the display????....I've just submitted to Amazon to return mine. FitBit used to be the best in the trackers, but there are too many competitors now to put up with a now sub-par product with no support.

Sort peoples issues not bury your money grabbing heads in the sand, not up your arses - people spend good money on poor products which are inflated in their capacity anyway 🖕
