For some reason my watch says it is 05:14 when it is actually 12:14.. Help!!

Hi there, @Shadow1014 . Welcome to the Forums! We’re happy to help. It sounds like you have not set up your Fitbit device to your phone yet. Once they are connected, your Fitbit will automatically pick up the correct time from your phone. You can access the manual for your device here: Inspire HR or Inspire. It will explain how to do this.

Thanks... It was working fine for about a week, and then, last night the
time changed.. It said it was midnight at about 6 pm...

Let’s trouble shoot this, @Shadow1014 . Can you please let us know:

  • Which phone or device do you sync to? 
  • When you manually sync your Inspire, does the time change? If you are not sure, please try it and let us know.  
  • Is your Inspire set up in the Fitbit app on your phone for All Day Sync?
