I just got a new inspire hr a couple of weeks ago. The screen has already gone black. It vibrates but will not shoe me anything. I have plugged into the computer and tried resetting. I am so tired of this. My last 2 charges did the same thing about a month after theit warranty was finished.  

Very very frustrated! I think its time to go to a samsung tracker.

Hi, @Chuckles38 , please attach the Fitbit charging cable to any UL/CE certified wall charger plug that will accept a USB cable.  While it is still plugged in and charging press and hold the button on the Fitbit for 10-20 seconds.  Make sure it is properly connected to the cable the entire time.

 

That should fix it.
