Broken band...

I’m a long time Fitbit user, and have been pleased with many different models. I was recently having problems with my Versa and downgraded to the Inspire. I’ve only had my Inspire HR for a couple months. I wear daily, and take off each day for shower. To my surprise last night when I took my watch off before bed, one side snapped back. At first I thought the band itself broke, but on further inspection the plastic on the actual device broke. I also think it’s completely asinine that you can only connect with customer service via Twitter.

Hi @35watts  you can contact Fitbit in other ways.

Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help.
