Hello
My charger broke for my Inspire HR. ALSO the Fitbit itself does not light up when I turn my wrist to look at it. what is my next step for returning it for repair or replacement. I am actually interested in upgrading it is there any way that I can trade mine in for a better one? Please let me know what I need to do and if there's a deposit possibility.

Did the screen awake setting accidentally get changed? To check: Press and hold the button on the Inspire HR for two seconds. From there, you can check if the screen awake setting is on. If the setting is dim with a line through it, it is turned off. If that is the case, tap the setting to turn it on.
