I have broken one of the silver pins that hold the wristband on.  Does anyone know if the pins come with a new wristband?

Hi @Hopefulskinny, welcome to the Community Forums!

Thanks for your post, I'm sorry to know that you're experiencing an issue with the wristband of your device. Let me share with you that we do not sell Inspire wristband pins separately, however, to answer your question, if you purchase a replacement wristbands they'll come with the pin that was damaged. This way, you can either use the new wristband or just the pin if your current one is in good condition.

Also, if you're using a classic wristband, you can take the opportunity to purchase a leather, print or stainless steel bands to switch them whenever you want. Please check our Fitbit store to see all the available wristband options for your Inspire.

Let me know if you have any additional questions.
