I received my new Lilac colored Fitbit Inspire HR on Monday of this week and have worn it less than a week. Today I noticed the square clasp gone on it and now I have a new fitbit I cannot use. Very disappointed to say the least. I found the square clasp but I am unable to fix it. How can I get a new band replacement to replace the clearly defective one I received. Thank you
