my fitbit has broken where the band attaches and need to know how this can be rectified please i use my fitbit everyday to track my steps for my health

Hi, @Joanne85 , I know how sad it is when something goes wrong with your Fitbit!  I also rely on mine to keep me on track.

 

Unfortunately, the Community here can’t really help with physical damage to your Fitbit.  I would recommend getting in touch with Fitbit Customer Support on Contact.Fitbit.com .  They will let you know your options.

If you weren’t able to get it replaced and you still want to use your Inspire you can purchase a Fitbit Inspire case band here: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09KN6GHLK/ref=sspa_dk_detail_3?ie=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B09KN6GHLKp13NParams&s=wir... 

 

Its very affordable and it does away with the need to attach the Fitbit band directly to your Inspire. Just a thought if your interested
