Calendar thinks it’s 2070

My calendar thinks it’s July of 2070 and my exercise for the day is cutting off on the right hand side so it says I’ve only burned 38 calories. I’ve tried restarting my inspire hr and restarting my phone but neither worked.

Mine also thinks it’s 1985 my year of birth. I’d also love to know why it’s doing this??

My calendar just started opening to 1971.  It used to work fine, this just started in the last week or so and is a real pain as I have to swipe for quite awhile to get into 2021.

Hi I still haven’t been able to change this unfortunately. I can’t see how we get the Fitbit admin to look at this issue for us - anyone any ideas? I’ll keep looking in the meantime.

Hi just to let you know that I contacted the admin and they advised the following. It has worked for me:

1. Log out from the app.
2. Force quit the app.
3. Update your current app: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2435.htm#update.
4. Reboot phone.
5. Relaunch app then log back in.
6. Sync your Fitbit: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1877.htm.

This should resolve the issue.
