Calls and messages

I am trying to get my text messages and my calls on my inspire. Was was able to before but had to factory reset my phone. Now I am unable to receive them and having trying finding where to setup my text and call notifications. Can someone help me out please and thank you

Hi @davidabennett What phone are you using?

To set up notifications in the app (though I think they shoild still be set up as a phone restart shouldnt affect that side of things), select the account icon in the top left of the app dashboard screen and then select I spire from Devices. Scroll down to notificatiins and check that they are still set as you want them. If they are OK then the problem is probably with one of your phone settings (on my Samsung it isnusually show notifications on Lock screen that is turned off, but it depends on what your phone is)
