Calories burned and active minutes way too low on Inspire HR

Played tennis twice this week: Session 1 was recorded by my Inspire HR as "Sport" (as it always has done); tracker says I had an avg HR 116, took 4131 steps and burned 439 in 69 active minutes.  Session 2 was not recorded as "Sport", even though I had an avg HR of 117 for 60 minutes.  Tracker says I took 4000 steps, burned only 118 calories, and had 0 active minutes.  This makes NO sense whatsoever!  What's going on here?!?

This nonsense appeared quite suddenly, and I've tried all the restart and repairing suggestions in other posts, deleting my tracker and setting up again, turning Bluetooth on and off, etc. etc.  Problem still exists - please help!

Walked 3 hilly miles in 70 min - according to Inspire HR, my avg HR = 113, calories burned = 188 (should be more like 250), NO active minutes recorded
