Calories burning whilst Inspire HR isn't on my wrist

When I leave my Fitbit to charge over night, the calorie count is still burning when its not on my wrist... Why is it doing it and how do I resolve it

Those are your BMR (basal metabolic rate) calories that you are always burning just by being alive.  Fitbit credits them even when you are not wearing tracker.
