Can I edit the times when my Inspire 2 reset?

Sorry if this is a silly question, new Fitbit user here!

Is there a way of setting the time the Fitbit records calories burned? My dad typically starts at 8am and ends when I go to bed around 11pm. So they data resetting at midnight doesn’t make sense to me? It makes things especially complicated when I’m trying to work out how much extra calories I’ve burnt at the end of my day because there’s still a load more to be burnt that evening when I go to bed. Please could someone explain? I’m not very good with numbers.

Update: That meant to say my “day” not my dad!
