Can I get a refund? Not doing anything correctly, opposite of inspiring.

Won't sync even with multiple restarts of both Inspire 2 and phone over several days;

Becoming increasingly inaccurate at reading heart rate as time goes on - at a gym class this week, I counted 130 beats a minute while it told me I was on 86 (yes, I was wearing it correctly), and when I was sitting relaxing, it said I was on 112 beats a minute but I checked and I was more like 72 (using my throat pulse, and I know how to do this correctly);

Useless at measuring sleep patterns;

Took 5 weeks (and I followed all the instructions many times over) to switch from UK to NZ time zone...spent most of that time in a time zone that is 2,5 hours earlier than NZ...where is this mystical country?

Keeps wanting me to upgrade to premium but please! Can't even do the basic stuff? Piece of crap. I want a refund.

Hi @HelenRobartes in the US, if purchased directly from Fitbit, we have 45 days in which to return a device for a refund, no questions asked. I'm not sure what the time frame is for the UK, but it can't be much more. You got your Inspire 2 in early June? Have you gotten with customer support?
