Can I have two Fitbit devices paired to my Fitbit account?

Hey all

I’m not sure if my search feature isn’t working or if my question hasn’t been asked before…

I used to have a charge 2 which failed recently and had to be retired. Whilst o had this I also purchased a versa 2, mainly so I could wear the charge for work and the versa for evening and weekends as I didn’t want to bust it. All worked fine, both synced with app.

This week I decided to replace the charge 2 and opted for inspire 2. However now it’s arrived I can only have my versa OR my inspire linked to my account; am I doing something wrong or do I need to send the inspire back because actually I can only have one Fitbit at a time these days?

Thanks in advance for any help.

I'm surprised you could with the Charge 2, but that must have been about the last model that allowed multiple devices.  It's been that way for a few years.  Many people were disappointed with this change but it seems permanent.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
