Hi @Kfwieder  there are no repairs for these devices. You might find a service online that will replace it, but the cost could exceed the price of a new device. There was a member who had a badly scratch face on their Fitbit who posted about using some product, but I can't find the post. You could search to see what products are available to repair scratched screens. Maybe a local phone repair shop could buff it for you.

Hi, @Kfwieder! Fitbit doesn't offer repairs. You could probably look around the web for 3rd party repair options, but that would be your only option.
