My heart rate goes quite high during daily activities like tidying up or changing my bedding, and I've been really wanting to see what my heart does while I shower.
I only want to do this Once, just to see. I'm confused by the vague answers I seem to get whenever I try looking this up

Hello @SunsetRunner and welcome to the Community. Technically, the answer is yes. You can swim it. Fitbit started recommending avoiding wearing all Fitbits in the shower. This helps you avoid contact with soaps, shampoos, conditioners, etc., that might weaken the seals.
