Hi! I am having problems with my Fitbit inspire. It synced perfectly well this morning, and then I was looking into the running feature and how to add music. Then I turned it off and after that I wasn’t able to login my daily calories nor start logging in my water or food. I restarted my cell phone, I even updated my Fitbit app. Still I can’t do anything. I can access other features, but I cannot add my daily information

Hi, @Monica_M , these sound like issues with the app and not the Fitbit, as no logging is done on the Fitbit. What phone are you using?

Hi, @Monica_M , I would suggest deleting your app completely and redownloading it, as there have been a few issues in the past with food logging on the iOS app.
You will not lose any data by deleting and redownloading the app as long as you log back in using the same email address you used to set up your account. And try to eemember your password!
If that doesn’t solve your issue, please post again letting us know what happens when you try to create a log for food or water.

@Monica_M , if you use the same email address you will lose nothing, so make sure you are clear which email address you used when you signed up.
