Can not scroll on my Fitbit inspire HR

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Since last week I have not been able to scroll on my Fitbit and select the exercise I am doing. I have tried many times to restart it by putting it on charge and holding the button down and the smiley face appears but it still does not let me scroll. I have also ensured my app is up to date. I only bought this in March! Please help!

Same experience, considering throwing in the towel and just getting the new Apple Watch.  What good timing for a release when FitBit stops working...

Try wiping the Fitbit screen off with a wet towel. Let it dry on its own, and it should go back to normal. The screen thinks the water is a human hand, so when it disappears, it will be back to normal.
