Hi @Jpokla Unfortunately faces do sometimes get scratched.i assume you could buff the scrateh out but have no idea who would be able to do it (not Fitbit). I'd would suggest you use screen savers in future to avoid the issue (they can be found on Amazon), ut that isn't much help to you now. I have scratched fitbit faces a couple of times and justlearnt to live with it, but found the screen savers great in preventing scratches
