My inspire HR will not pair up w/my phone!  Help.

Thanks for troubleshooting prior to contacting us. I'd like to mention that the model of your phone is not in the list of tested devices. We're currently receiving feedback about different devices that are not in the list and our team is working hard to add more devices to the list. But since this model of phone is not there we can't assure the Fitbit App will be working flawless even if it is able to connect. 

 

Our best recommendation is trying to sync or set up via computer, laptop, or any other compatible device. You can also try these steps with your phone and give it a try again. Remember to remove your Inspire HR from your the Bluetooth of your sister's phone before tying the suggested troubleshooting steps with your phone.
