Fitbit inspire no longer displays clip or wrist, also does not record sleep, have tried all tips many times but to no avail, this seems to have been the case since last update in August.  Does anyone know what the problem is.

@Lindadrever It's great to see you in the Community! 

 

Let me help you with your changing the setting on your Inspire and your missing sleep. If your tracker is set to clip mode it won't track sleep. You also don't mention which steps you have tried so I suggest you restart your tracker by following these instructions.

I have done a reset many many times to no avail, smile icon does not always
show after holding button for 5 secs. Tracker no longer displays clip or
wrist although I usually keep it on wrist. The sleep tile just shows no
data on tracker. Days of exercise is always 0 of 5 doesn't record my
days.
I bought tracker in Jan this year all was good until mid August, so I dont
know what went wrong. Everything else is working.
