Can't change Inspire HR clock face

Just replaced my Fitbit Alta with Inspire HR.  Trying to change the clockface in the Fitbit app on my Windows 10 PC.  It just says turn on Bluetooth, but it is on as it is syncing my fitbit and it wouldn't do this if Bluetooth was not on

@janis99 Welcome! It's great to see you around!

Let me help you changing your Inspire HR clock face. It is odd that the process isn't being completed on your computer if your tracker is syncing with it. Try restarting your tracker by following these instructions. Also try using a phone if possible to change the clock face.

Let me know how it goes.

Unfortunately your link does not include instructions for the Inspire!!!

I eventually managed to change the clock face on my mobile, but it took ages, 20 mins for each one.

None of the clock faces are suitable, as it is difficult to see your stats without reading glasses on (and my eyes are not that bad); I do not want to take my glasses into the gym/on a hike as they may get damaged or lost.

Why, when you scroll through the screens, is the time shown each time.  It is not necessary.  On the Alta, which I have just replaced with the Inspire, as you scroll through you see time > steps > distance, etc on separate screens in a size big enough to see easily without glasses.

I am extremely disappointed with my new Inspire, the Alta was so much better.  Like many ladies I do not want to wear a large device.  A friend of mine was thinking of getting a Fitbit and will only want a small device, I have told her not to bother with Fitbit and to look at alternative suppliers.

I went through every clock face on my phone and each one was not compatible with my Inspire HR. I am very discouraged. I would love to have an always-on watch face.
