Can't change clock face on Inspire HR

How to I change the clock face on the inspire hr it won’t let me

Hi @Zoe_cheer - welcome to the forum!  To change the clock face, open the Fitbit app on your phone. Tap Account -> Inspire HR -> Clock Faces. You can select what you want from there. Please let me know if you have any other questions.

i have the same problem but when I go to select a new clock face  the app just hangs and I am not able to select a new one.  Is there an answer for this?

Hi @heppwalker - Sorry it did not work for you. Which phone are you using? Is it on the list of supported devices? Please let me know. Then, I should have a couple suggestions.

I am having the same problem with it just hanging when I try to click on a new face to change. Using my Windows 10 PC with the Fitbit App, since my phone is too old.

It also doesnt work via computer. I've just deleted the spp and will re install and try that.
