Can't change clock face on Inspire HR

I changed my clock face a few days ago just fine and tried to change it again yesterday but when I go to "All Clocks" and choose one it's stuck loading and nothing happens.

 

I've tried rebooting my phone and Inspire HR, unpaired and re-paired, re-installed the app on my phone, tried on my PC, both with and without the fitbit plugged in, nothing works. Tips on what I can try?

@ElinP Thanks for joining us! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

 

Let me help you with changing the clock face on your Inspire HR and than you for troubleshooting this issue. I suggest you clear the connection between your phone and your tracker by doing the following:

 

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  4. Also, on an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. 
  5. You can find troubleshooting instructions here.
  6. Once synced retry changing the clock face.

I've already tried what you suggested multiple times and every troubleshooting guide I've found, makes no difference. My Fitbit syncs data just fine but when trying to change clock face, doesn't matter which one, I only get a loading screen.

the same problem with me, I have contacted customer service and they told me it because of an older version of the app. I don't know, it doesn't work on my PC too, there is some kind of account flagging or server issue.

Same problem here, I've reported it as well but had no reply. I'm trying via the latest Windows app.

I am sure, U server back end problem or out accounts, did you try to use it with other accounts?

Not sure if I understood, do you mean other accounts as in creating a new one and pairing my Fitbit to it? If so, yes I tried that and unfortunately still got the same issue unfortunately.

I'm having the same problem, I've restarted and reinstalled everything and still just get a loading screen when I click on a clock face. 

Please help.

Why can I not do it from my computer? It shows me the clocks but will not let me choose one.

I am also having this issue with my Versa watch. It has been stuck for months now and it just looks like it is loading, in all reality it is doing nothing.
