Can't change date format on Inspire HR

Hello All!

I'm after a bit of help with my Fitbit Inspire HR and getting the date format to reflect correctly for my preference.

Currently it produces the date in an American format. Month/Day

I have looked through the forum and have tried changing my location.

I went though UK, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Hong Kong in the hope of my clock face displaying the date in the format of Day/Month.

I then tried Denmark as my location and this corrected the clock face to Day/Month - However, by doing this it then changes my language and also the weekly Fitbit emails are then in Danish.

Do I potentially have a faulty unit or is this a problem everyone is facing?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks

Hi @wormie123 nice to see you again on the Fitbit Forums.

Thank you for all the steps that you've tried to get the date format for UK. You've done an excellent job checking those options. Sorry that it is not changing to the correct one. We have a feature suggestion regarding this option: Customized watch faces with UK date format

You could try changing the clock to "Just Time".

This is still US format but shows as "Jan 03", which at least has the decency to remind you it is in the wrong format.
