Can't change interval times for Inspire HR

Just purchased fitbit hd and was excited to purchase this item, because of the interval function. Sadly, the app does not have intervals on it, in order for me to change the time, however it is on the watch. I have researched how to fix this, but no success and I have also followed the directions to go to profile icon and go to exercise, but as I said before it is not there. Please help with a solution of how to fix this issue.

@Sanche8v Welcome to the Community.

Let me help you with your setting up the interval workout times. On the Fitbit app go to account (tap the top left button), then tap your tracker and look for exercise shortcuts finally tap the lines next to interval workout to set the time there. If you don't see the option then remove one exercise (swipe left) and then add the Interval workout option to your device.

Let me know how it goes.
