Can't change my password. Fitbit app will not open.

I did not want to move to Google, but finally did. Now I can't get in the app at all. Before moving when I would tap on the app it opened. Now it wants me to log in every time. Not at all convenient. 

I will just delete this mess and find another way to track my steps.  I am extremely disappointed. 

It was fun while it lasted. So Fitbit Inspir HR will just go in the drawer or the garbage. Not dealing with this nonsense.

I'm not sure if you are still experiencing this situation. 

If yes, please follow these steps:

• Force quit the app.
• Clear Cache for the Fitbit app on your phone's settings (Settings > Apps > Fitbit app > Storage > Clear cache)
• Restart your phone. 
• Log back in to check if you're having the same problem.
• If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the app, as this has been useful for other users experiencing something similar.
